Not many lawyers have mastered the art of spitting a razor blade from their mouths, but I have. You could say it gives me an edge.
I once represented a young man charged with Aggravated Assault. The “victim” pulled a razor blade from his mouth and swung it at my client’s face. To prepare for trial, I spent weeks learning to spit a razor blade from my mouth (thanks, YouTube). I impressed the Judge and earned an outstanding outcome for my client. I’m always ready to go to the next level for a client, razor blades and all.
I grew up in Austin, Texas, the daughter of a single mother who struggled to make ends meet. After graduating from McCallum High School, I worked as a waitress to pay my way through college and graduate school, eventually earning my law degree from the University of Texas School of Law in 2018. After law school, I practiced family law and then joined Rick Cofer in April 2019.
My job at Cofer & Connelly is litigating complex criminal and family law cases. I defend clients accused of all types of criminal offenses, from traffic tickets to murder. I understand how serious it is when someone is accused of a criminal offense or facing a divorce. It’s all on the line for my clients, and I bring grit and compassion in my service to them. My passion is seeing a case all the way through to get the best result for my client.
