As a former prosecutor in Travis, Williamson, and Fort Bend County, I have tried more cases than I could possibly count. I have tried homicides, sexual assaults, DWI’s, and strangulation cases. I know how to stand up and fight for what is true and right. I was assigned to the family violence and sexual assault units in Travis County. I later took a grant funded position in Williamson County to help create a sexual assault unit. I tried many complex adult sexual assault cases and developed a reputation for taking on challenging complicated trial cases and seeing them through when others might have given up. I believe that experience has made me a fierce advocate for my clients today.

I believe in taking a holistic approach with clients. I want to make sure they get all the help that they need as they face the challenge of dealing with a criminal case. I believe in respect, compassion, understanding, and patience. I believe in passion and grit for every single client.

I grew up in Houston, Texas but attended college in Los Angeles at Loyola Marymount University. My love for film and television made it hard to say goodbye to L.A., but I knew I wanted to be closer to my family and to do something with my life that made a difference. I attended South Texas College of Law and fell in love with trial advocacy. I instantly realized where I was meant to help others in this life, and that was to use my skills as a litigator to fight for what is right in our criminal justice system.
